The microarray core facility of the Research Institute for
Biotherapy is hosting an Affymetrix GeneChip Station and is
running since december 2002. It provides researchers from
Montpellier access to Affymetrix microarray technology. This
transcriptome analysis plateform allows the simultaneous mesurement
of the expression of more than 39 000 different human genes
or 1 000 000 exons.
